Paul Edwards

Paul is an experienced coach, mentor, and people leader. He has over 25 years’ experience in a variety of technical and people leadership roles. Paul’s passion lies in growing people. He was heavily involved in implementing development frameworks and mentoring programs during his time as a management consultant. Immediately prior to starting Lead Upwards, Paul worked in the financial services sector for a large Australian bank, where he spent several years as a mentor in the “Women in Technology” program in addition to his substantive role.

 

Paul’s qualifications include Certificate IV in Business and Personal Coaching, Diploma in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change, and M Ed, which researched the application of cognitive psychology techniques for people development in the workplace (1998).

Paul is a regular speaker at conferences, where his talks typically bring a different perspective from the norm to the topic being discussed.

Paul is a member of the International Coach Federation (ACC), a certified practitioner in the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), and a certified practitioner in the Kepner-Fourie ThinkingWise framework. He is also a master trainer and facilitator for G2G3 simulations.
